What osmolarity and pH values work for patch clamping cardiomyocytes?

For iCell® Cardiomyocytes, the extracellular saline solution should have an osmolarity of approximately 330 mOsm and a pH of approximately 7.4. The intracellular saline solution should have an osmolarity of approximately 310 mOsm and a pH of approximately 7.2. Glucose can be added to the solution to increase osmolarity.

For more details about handling glucose-containing solutions, see Solution 00000065E.
