What are some characteristics and features of your cardiomyocytes?
Our Datasheet provides characterization details about iCell® Cardiomyocytes. Differentiated from human iPSCs, iCell Cardiomyocytes exhibit a stable, human cardiac gene expression profile with proper protein expression and localization necessary for cardiac function. Ma et al. (2011) determined the cell population as approximately 50% ventricular, 25% atrial, and 25% nodal by examining the action potential morphology using manual patch clamp. Babiarz et al. (2012), Kattman et al. (2010), Guo et al. (2011), and Lee et al. (2012) provided more characterization details.
