What methods do you recommend to minimize iCell DopaNeurons detachment during the wash steps?

Wash steps, if not performed carefully, may detach iCell® DopaNeurons from culture vessels. We recommend making very slow media additions by tilting the plate and dispensing the wash liquid down the side of the well. When using Matrix pipettors, set to the lowest speed setting (one square); for other automated pipettors or liquid handlers, set the speed to approximately 5 µl per second or the slowest speed possible. Consider reducing the number of washes by performing only one wash after fixation and antibody incubations (primary and secondary antibodies).
